Family Day 2022

On July 20th, we held our annual celebration of Family Day and were delighted to host our families on campus once again.

It was a very special day where we worked to strengthen our values as a community and celebrated together as one Safe Passage family of staff, students, and their families.

Our Executive Director, Trae Holland, shares why this day was so important:

My mother told me when I was very young … that the love and gift of family is more important than anything else in this world. In the family there is a force that no power in the world can move, a love that makes everything possible. In this community, family is the heart, the foundation of all that we are. For every student in this school who is working towards a better life, this would be impossible without their family supporting them. So today we celebrate, on this Family Day, and we embrace each other and unite in the happiness and love that is family.

Thanks to the support of these companies and our global family of supporters, we were able to help the 350 families that are a part of our programs.
